Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We offer worldwide tracked shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & UK: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at rgerfen11@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
